Installing Trial Version of PhotoStudio12 IPP Error: The type initializer for 'Avanquest.InPixio.Imaging.IPP' threw an exception?
I desperately need Studio 12 (Likely the ultimate version) as the features seem just perfect in one software program for what I need to do with my images. However, I've installed Photo Studio 12 Trial (and non-trial version) and whenever I try to open it, I get the following error;
IPP Error: The type initializer for 'Avanquest.InPixio.Imaging.IPP' threw an exception.
Interestingly, the following programs 'Photo Focus' and 'Photo Maximiser' load and seem to work fine, just not Photo Studio 12 itself.
I have even tried installing vc_redist.x86. exe, as it was mentioned in other posts but this was an old version, and my laptop now has a more recent and updated version but this makes no difference to being able to access and use Photo Studio 12.
I also tried repairing the install, uninstalling, and then reinstalling, my BitDefender Security Suite is not blocking any aspect of the Photo Studio 12 software, I'm truly at a loss right now.
Maybe I can be provided a trial copy download of Photo Studio 11, to see if this one will work when opened on my laptop?
My Device Specifications;
I am also aware that other people have to wait months to receive replies to their support requests, so I will not wait around unnecessarily and there will undoubtedly always be other alternatives around, should you wish through lax communication/timing to force me down that route... the ball will be in your court now.
I look forward to 'hopefully' hearing from you in due course.
