Cannot Activate Photo Studio 12

My copy of inPixio Photo Studio 12 is still putting watermarks on photos. How do I activate my full version on my computer?

I tried clicking the link in the “Activate now” email I received after I purchased, which took me to a webpage to enter my information, but before I could do that, the webpage was overlaid with this warning:

"Sorry, you already purchased this product...."

I signed out of Photo Studio and signed back in. Photo Studio is still showing that I have the free version, not the one I paid for.

  Hello Jim,

  Thank you for letting us know you have inPixio watermarks on your edited photos. You need to activate your license. 

  In order to activate the program, you need to open the program and sign in to your inPixio account:

  1)      Click on the Login Logo in the top right corner.
  2)      Enter your email address and password then click Sign In.
  3)      inPixio is now activated! You can see that it is activated by clicking on the Login Logo in the top right corner.
