Cannot install my lifetime version on new computer but okay on laptop
I have never had such terrible customer service! I have been trying for days to install the program on my desktop but it only took a few minutes on my laptop. I have called and been cut off three times. The instructions on the first call sent me to Avanquest and then I was cut off. Now, I am supposedly in queue position one but it has been stuck. I deleted it and went back in but the same problem with Chat and so-called live support. I keep getting threw an exception when the download starts and gets through until "remove background." Honestly, I will have to cancel my purchase if I cannot get help because it has become a huge waste of time. I don't use the program on my laptop but I loaded in on there just to see if it works. I can load it up to four more computers so help me please!

I have the same problem. There was a windows update that messed my PC up. Went to my account to download again and keep getting IPP error. I have done everything they said to do still won't download correctly However did download on Laptop which I don't use. Hopefully someone can resolve these problems before I cancel.
