Need to get back to version 11
After an update to 12 , version 11 disappeared. I have a lifetime license. On one of your sites I manage to download version 11. It seemed to work okay but recently when I used it it came up with an unexpected error when I tried to save an edited picture. It also shows it as being a demo version. Now every time it loads it displays an unexpected error message and then terminates.
I find for my purposes that version 11 is easier to use and does a better job. Please get me back to a good copy of version 11 and I will be a happy customer. As it is it appears that my life time license was a waste of money.

I agree with Graeme, Version 11 is much better than 12. The removal tool on version 11 is far superior to version 12. Also having the photos before and after the one you are working on is far superior in 11 than having to go back and forth in 12. I to was using version 11 the other day when it stopped working and I was logged out, and now I cannot get back in to Inpixio at all, and of course no one reples to my emails.

I bought a new computer. I have been trying for a week to get version 11. I am logged in but it keeps leaving watermarks. Version 11 is FAR superior to twelve. So far customer service has been unable to help me. Someone please help if you want me to buy another annual license. I will not use version 12.
