    Thank you for letting us know you want to go back to version 11 because you need metadata and histogram features. We will forward your feedback to the product team.

    I have contacted the InPixio support and got this answer :

    Hello Marc,
    Thank you for letting us know you want to go back to version 11 because you need metadata and histogram features. We will forward your feedback to the product team. 
     
    Please use the following link to install the software: "(got new link to download the program again)"

    To activate the program, please open the program and log in to your inPixio account.
    Click on the "Login" button in the upper right corner and log in with the email you used when making a purchase.
    Once you log in, your software will be activated automatically.

    I got a reply from the support team very quickly. If I remember correctly it was even on the same day that I reported the problem.

    Works like before.

    Since I still had the original file at the start of the problem and reinstalled it and tried to activate it again with my username and password, it didn't work. That's why I think it's account related. You will have to contact the InPixio support team yourself to get a new link.
