 I am having issues with your programs and I am writing to you so many times and NO RESOLUTION you have made. 

              Meanwhile, I cannot even open the Photo Focus & Maximizer… Folders are empty! 

           I was buying in July 2022, before they had the watermarks, but now I am not able to see them! I found a folder (with empty files for those programs !) inPixio Photo Studio Ultimate—you have our best, top-line license with all the tools and features included(not any extra offers). You will have 3 programs installed from inPixior - Photo Studio, Photo Focus, and Photo Maximizer-----, all of them will be totally brand-new version 12.) 

  what kind of license did you provide? If I am not able to use them! 

             First of all, I thought (ULTIMATE Program) has an extended license—from my account, I see that in July 2023 it will expire .....but what happened to this BUNDLE ??? I WAS GETTING THE WATERMARKS FROM MAXIMIZER AND FROM THE photo FOCUS.????? BUT NOW I AM NOT ABLE TO OPEN IT, I CA NOT SEE THE FOLDERS WITH THOSE PROGRAMS. I JUST FOUND THE FOLDER WITH EMPTY FILES OF PHOTO MAXIMIZER AND FOCUS! WHAT IS GOING ON ???? 

            Why am I not able to use those programs ???? I created an account a long time ago!

                  I am asking to resolve the problems, but you're asking me to open the account.???!!! 

 

           Furthermore, I am writing to you since January 2022 and I am still waiting for the RESOLUTIONS. 

             I am not able to use the programs! Please take care of this issue as soon as possible! I attached pic's to my yesterday's email, to which you never responded!

  I just downloaded from my History those programs ( Miimazer and photo focus ) and I am not able to work - pops up ( YOUR TRIAL VIRSION EXPIRED -ACTIVATE THEM ) i WASN'T BUYING A TRIAL VIRSION ! 

   PLEASE RESOLVE THIS ISSUE ASAP !
