The order confirmation letter will be automatically sent to the email address you entered after the order is completed.
If you have not received an email confirmation with the activation key and download link, the possible reasons could be:
- The order confirmation letter is categorized as a SPAM email by your email service provider. Please be sure to check your Junk Mail folders and see if it's there.
- You may have incorrectly entered your email address at the time of purchase.
- Your order was never actually placed and processed.
