If you have started to experience unexpected crashes or freezes, the following steps are what is suggested to get you back up and running.
1. Uninstall the software from your computer.
2. Download the latest version from our website.
3. Install the software to a different location on your computer, as in a different drive if you have one, and not the default C:
4. Once the installation has completed, right-click on the InPixio software icon and choose Run as administrator to give you full administrative rights to the software.
