You can easily turn off the auto-renewal for your subscription at any time.
- Sign in to our Account Portal using the email and password from your inPixio account.
- Open the Subscriptions tab.
- Click on Manage Subscription next to the subscription you want to cancel.
- Click Cancel subscription.
You will receive an email confirming that your subscription has been cancelled.
After turning off automatic renewal, you will be able to use inPixio until the expiry date.
Note: Deleting the inPixio app does not cancel your subscription.
