  Thank you for checking on how to move your cut-out in a new background. 

  
  You can do that in the Photomontage menu. First, open the background of your choice, then create or upload a cut-out to the cut-out library. After that, you can drag and drop the cut-out in the background. You can resize and move around your cut-out using a mouse.
