Stuck in another language that Engliush

For some reason, mine is stuck in another language and when I go to change it, it still stay in French?

  Thank you for letting us know your version of inPixio Photo Studio is in French instead of English. I will be glad to help you to correct it. 

  To change the language, first, click on Aide:
  
  Then click on Parametres:
  Hit Interface and change the language to Anglias:
  
  Then close and open the program again for the changes to apply.
