Cancel and receive a refund

I want to cancel and receive a refund. I’ve tried many times but have not heard back from anyone.

  That is what I keep being told. We will open a ticket, then one of our agents will be with you shortly. It never happens. I’m trying to cancel before the 30 days is up and can’t seem to do it.
