Photo Studio 12 does not save

After the last update (12/31/2024) Photo Studio 12 processes the photo but does not save it, it simply opens the relevant window with the save key not working (pressed does nothing without closing the window). Three installations - uninstallations were made with no results (one with Revo Uninstaller). It was tested once with security programs paused. Virus (ESET) and malware (Malwarebytes) scans were clear. Any ideas?
