Inpixio will not open

Good Day

  This is the 2nd time that i have problems opening said program. I have tried everything from re booting pc, deleting program, installing again, check my account. All I get is advertisement to purchase of your program. CAN SOMEONE PROVIDE SOME ASSISTANCE ON THIS MATTER. HELP
