Constantly logging me out

Is anyone else experiencing the recent issues with being logged out?  I've submitted numerous support tickets since 15 February and haven't received any form of support or useful response. I keep getting computer generated emails saying they are experiencing a high volume and will get back to me.   Really disappointed.
